Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept card payments. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post.
If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.
When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
The company reserves the right to apply a minimum order value of £5 excluding carriage costs and VAT.
The company reserves the right to refuse to give any discount against the price chargeable to the purchaser where the value of the order is less than £50 excluding carriage costs and VAT.
In cases where goods have been specifically manufactured to satisfy an order the cancellation fee shall be 75% of the total value of the items cancelled.
The company's delivery dates are given as accurately as possible but cannot be guaranteed. Delay in delivery shall not entitle the customer to cancel the order and the company shall not be liable for any loss or damage of whatever nature that may be caused by such delay.
The company shall not accept any claim for goods lost or damaged in transit or any other discrepancy unless notified within 7 days from date of delivery.
The company shall replace carriage free, any shortages notified within 7 days or alternatively refund to the customer a proper proportion of the purchase price.
The company shall not be liable for any loss or damage either directly or indirectly caused as a result of goods being lost or damaged in transit or for any other discrepancy.
Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 5 business days. International orders are generally received in under 15 days.
You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received. Delivery Charges All of our goods are shipped on a "next working day" basis if in stock. On request we can arrange a timed delivery before 10.00 AM or a Saturday AM delivery. Prices & Quotations Quotations are open for acceptance for a period of 30 days from the date of the quotation.
Typing and clerical errors are subject to correction.
Prices are subject to price ruling at the date of supply unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prices are subject to value added tax and other duties or taxes at the rate ruling at date of supply.
Prices quoted exclude any installation or commissioning charges unless stated in writing by the company.
Carriage and packing charges are payable by the customer.
The company reserves the right to charge the customer for any additional costs incurred in obtaining or supplying the goods where these occur either as a direct result of the customer's instructions or where they could not reasonably have been foreseen at the time that the quotation was given.
If the customer in design, specification or quantity requires any alteration the company may adjust the contract price to reflect such alteration.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee In the case of goods not of our manufacture the customer is only entitled to such benefits as the company may receive under the guarantee given to the company by the manufacturer of the goods. The liability of the company in respect of defective goods shall be limited to the implementation of the guarantee by the manufacturers of the goods.

Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way.
